Top Law Firm’s Service Saved Sad Situation Becoming A Tragic One

Three charities I support have been sending out notifications that if I have my will drawn up by them, or raher their nominated leagal eagle, it won’t cost jme a penny.   This makes me cautious.  They cannot afford to provide this sort of legal activitiy with all it’s associated costings.  They are offering these services to entice folk to leave a more than generous chunk of said will in their favour, however long that may take to come to be proved.  I have taken advantage of one paticular free will writing service, and this involved no promise to set any aside to the principal either.  I worked for the government and as such, belonged to the biggest civil service union for our secion.  They paid for all members to have their will written properly by one of their legal body.  This was particularly critical for me as shortly after joining the department my partner, unbeknown to any of us, was starting a very short one way journey with cancer.  I will never be as grateful for that free will writing service – it galvanised our minds and because the law firm was absolutely top notch, they ensured we knew what we were doing and offered procedural advice where needed.  They couldn’t change the sad outcome but their professonal administrsations made sure my own more complicated affairs were covered sensibly and without fuss.
